Manila, Philippines (CNN)Rodrigo Duterte, whose outspoken commentary -- including joking about the rape of a missionary -- drew international attention to the Philippines' national elections, appeared poised to win his country's presidency Monday after a top rival conceded.
Grace Poe made the concession Monday night, according to CNN Philippines, even though formal results will not be announced until June.
Early exit polls had shown Duterte, the mayor of Davao City, leading with 38.92% of the votes counted, compared with Poe's 22.14%, according to the Commission on Elections.

"I congratulate Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, and I promise to join in the healing of our nation and to unify our countrymen for our country's progress," Poe said, according to CNN Philippines. Poe is a popular senator who was challenged over her citizenship.
Earlier Monday, Duterte -- who sparked outrage at home and abroad over rape jokes and threats to kill criminals -- didn't appear worried about the election results. He boasted he hadn't even been following the race and instead had been fast asleep.

My future in my life






                   My Future In My Life

   
             My name is Regie Tolop.I have a lot of dreams. When I was a kid my dream is to be a cheap cook and as the time goes by, I have other dreams, sometimes, I want to be a an army,and other interesting dreams. But now I have grown up, now I know what I want to be.  Now, i almost finish my studies in university. I will obtain Bachelor of Science Information. After I graduate, I want to work in one of the biggest Hotel in the Philippines and etc. I want to be the staff manager or manager at least. I prefer working offshore because it gives me challenge to work over there plus they will pay me higher than work in the office.  All of this is just the beginning of my dreams. After I will have a lot of money by that time, i will quit my job and start a business. I will buy 3 or 4 shops and run my shops and have another business such as futsal court or restaurant and anything that have a good prospect. By that way I will make more money comparing than I work in the company. then after that I create a family  with my 
wife then have a baby.then have a big family so very 
happy for theme of my future.

 Natives in the Visayas don’t pass their day without any dish from the sea. Kinilaw is a common dish every Visayan prepare during a good catch. It refers to the marinating of freshest fish or shellfish in vinegar or any souring ingredients for eating raw. In Dumaguete, Leyte, Cebu and Bohol, kinilaw is prepared with coconut cream, palm wine vinegar, lime and chillies. Slightly different from a regular kinilaw which is prepared by soaking the fish in vinegar, and seasoned with lime, ginger, chillies, onion, spring onions and garlic.
               

    reason:
            I choce kinilaw because this foods are familar of our region in visaya.then Its easy to
      make a kinilaw and Its nice for the people who go to the beach and we have this food for
      baon.

       He was still young those time. And when the Americans invaded,he defiantly fought them,despite the fact that they are invincible.He killed on of their high-ranking officers in a famous battle.But his last stand was,also called the Philippine.In that place,he fought bravely,but in the end he died.This movie portrays it clearly his brave deeds,and it is an honor to watch it.He was only in his early twenties when he took part in the Filipino Revolution.He defeated the Spanish in a number of battles and was promoted many times because of this.
